针对大学生关于养成教育与家校共育现状的调研

摘　　要：本研究以某应用型高校为例,采用随机抽样的方法对500名学生的养成教育情况进行调研,分析了大学生对养成教育的认识、大学生养成教育的作用、大学生养成教育过程中的支持系统等内容。对100名学生家长和40名辅导员进行调查,一方面,了解家校共育过程中存在的问题,以便及时整改;另一方面,能够为其他高校提供数据支持,与其他高校共同探讨家校共育,实现立德树人的目标。根据家校共育存在的问题提出了几点合理建议:家校建立共同的目标,明确家校双方的责任,完善机制建设。通过家校共育的方式开展大学生养成教育,使得学生的基本素养有了明显提升。The study takes an applied college as an example,randomly selects 500 students to investigate cultivating situation;analyzes the college students’cognition,function and support system of cultivating education.100 parents of students and 40 instructors are investigated.One one hand,problems of family and school co-education can be known,so that rectification and reform can be achieved;on the other hand,data support can be provided for other colleges to explore family and school co-education with other colleges and clarify the objective of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Some rational suggestions are proposed according to family and school co-education,i.e.to establish co-objective of family and school,clarify the responsibilities of school and family,and perfect mechanism construction.College students’cultivating education through family and school co-education can objectively improve students’basic literacy.
