高职护生心理韧性水平与应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：于2020年4月1725日,通过便利抽样法,以问卷星形式,采用青少年心理韧性量表和简易应对方式问卷,对285名在校高职护生进行调查,分析护生心理韧性水平及其与应对水平的相关性。在校高职护生的心理韧性位于中等阶段水平,护生的心理韧性水平与积极应对方式呈正相关,与消极应对方式呈负相关。护理教育中应注意挖掘个体内在潜能,采用积极的应对方式,促进高职护生心理韧性水平的提高。From April 17 to April 25,2020,285 nursing students in higher vocational schools were investigated by Wenjuanxing questionnaire with convenience sampling,adolescent resilience scale and simple coping style questionnaire,the correlation between resilience level and coping level of nursing students was analyzed.The psychological resilience level of nursing students in higher vocational colleges was in the middle level,and the psychological resilience level of nursing students was positively correlated with positive coping style.In nursing education,we should dig individual inherent potential,adopt active coping method,and improve the psychological resilience of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
