摘　　要：航空报国精神是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,也是十分宝贵的红色资源。以航空报国精神为研究对象,从理论内涵、实践品格和育人价值三个方面进行了研究。航空报国精神的理论内涵包括使命担当的忠诚精神,坚韧执著的奉献精神,敢于突破的创新精神以及接续奋斗的逐梦精神。航空报国精神的实践品格体现为国家至上、民族为重的家国情怀,自力更生、艰苦奋斗的优良传统,团结协作、勇攀高峰的大局意识和实事求是、精益求精的工作作风。航空报国精神在引领航空事业发展和航空类院校立德树人两个方面彰显了较高的育人价值。This paper studies the spirit of national service in aviation from three aspects:theoretical connotation,practical character and educational value.The theoretical connotation of the spirit of serving the country in aviation includes the spirit of loyalty to fulfill the mission,perseverance and dedication,innovation to break through and pursuing dreams.The practical character of the spirit is reflected in the country and nation first feelings,the fine tradition of self-reliance and hard struggle,the overall situation consciousness of unity and cooperation and keeping improving,and the work style of seeking truth from facts and keeping improving.The spirit of serving the country in aviation shows high educational value in leading the development of aviation industry and cultivating talents in aviation colleges and universities.
