摘 要:兴趣情感同质化、交流表达符号化、圈际之间分离化是青年群体网络“圈层”的惯习特质。网络“圈层”给沉陷其中的青年群体带来情感极化、认知窄化、行为固化等诸多危害,深刻影响着青年群体的价值观形成和社会交往。因此,教育工作者要充分尊重青年群体对个性化表达的需求,主动入圈,积极发挥正向引领作用;充分认可和理解青年群体,鼓励他们敢于出圈、打破圈际隔阂;充分借助互联网和青年群体自身优势,寻求破圈,打造“圈层共同体”。Homogenization of interest and emotion,symbolization of communication and expression,and separation between different people are the habitual characteristics of the“circle layer”of the youth group network.The network“circle layer”has brought a lot of harm to the youth group trapped in it.Emotional polarization,cognitive narrowing,behavior solidification and so on have a profound impact on the formation of values and social communication of the youth group.Therefore,educators should fully respect the needs of youth groups for personalized expression,take the initiative to enter the circle,and actively play a positive leading role;fully recognize and understand the youth group,and encourage them to dare to go out of the circle and break the gap between circles;make full use of the Internet andthe youth group,seeking to break the circle and create a“community of circles”based on their own advantages.
