摘　　要：过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schonlein purpura,HSP)是儿童时期常见的全身性小血管炎病变,容易引起肾损伤,相较于本病大量临床研究报道,有关动物实验模型的文献报道相对较少。现对比分析当前国内外HSP动物实验模型的构建机理、造模方法及优缺点,就HSP动物模型构建思路进行探讨分析,为本病的科学研究提供参考。Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)is a common systemic small vasculitis in childhood,which easily causes kidney damage.Compared with the large number of clinical studies on this disease,there are relatively few reports on animal models.Here,we systematically summarize the establishment,modeling method,advantages and disadvantages of the current domestic and foreign HSP animal models,expound the research status and existing problems of HSP animal models,and discuss and analyze the HSP animal model establishment to provide ideas and references for scientific research on this disease.
