摘　　要：刘伟胜认为胃癌多因脾胃损伤、正气亏虚,加之饮食不节、七情内伤、外感六淫等致病邪气聚积而成之癌毒侵袭所致,正虚是发病的本质因素,癌毒是致病的直接原因,证属标实本虚,病位在胃,与脾、肝、肾有关。治疗上强调扶正培本,攻补兼施,调畅情志;善用峻猛攻伐之品攻克癌毒,酌加搜剔走窜之虫类药物。辨病、辨证相结合,增效减毒,提高患者生存质量,延长患者生存时间。This article summarizes Professor Liu Weisheng’s clinical experience in the treatment of stomach cancer.In terms of its etiology and pathogenesis,he believes that the disease is mostly caused by the injury to the spleen and stomach,the deficiency of vital qi,as well as cancer toxins induced by improper diet,injury in the seven emotions and the six climatic exopathogens,with the deficiency of vital qi as its defining factor while cancer toxins as its direct cause.The syndrome of stomach cancer is characterized by the excessive manifestations and deficient vital qi,and the disease is located in the stomach,yet related to the spleen,liver,and kidney as well.In its treatment,Professor Liu Weisheng emphasizes strengthening the vital qi,reinforcing the body and eliminating toxins in combination,and regulating the emotion and spirit.He is good at using potent drugs to eliminate cancer toxins,supplemented with some insect drugs to dispel pathogens from the depth of collaterals.His method combines the disease differentiation with the syndrome differentiation,which can increase the effectiveness and reduce the toxicity,improve the patients’life quality,and prolong their survival time.
