摘　　要：肠道微生物作为近年来国内外学者的研究热点,不仅与一些疾病的发病机制存在着密切相关的联系,也在一些自身免疫类疾病的发生发展中起着十分重要的作用。基于中医“脾肾亏虚”的理论探讨肠道微生物与重症肌无力发生、发展及预后的关系对于从脾肾防治重症肌无力有重要意义。肠道微生物作为一种新的生物标志物为中医药防治重症肌无力提供了新的切入点。As a research hot topic among scholars at home and abroad in recent years,intestinal microbes are not only closely related to the pathogenesis of some diseases,but also play a very important role in the occurrence and development of some autoimmune diseases.Based on the theory of"spleen and kidney deficiency"in traditional Chinese medicine,it is of great significance to investigate the relationship between intestinal microbes and the occurrence,development and prognosis of myasthenia gravis for its occurrence,development and prognosis from the perspective of spleen and kidney.As a new biomarker,intestinal microbes provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
