摘　　要：杨晋翔教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎合并肺结节的发生发展与脾肺气虚、气机郁滞、湿邪痰浊、瘀毒内阻密切相关,故治疗上常采用补养脾肺、调气通降、祛湿化痰、化瘀解毒之法。Professor Yang Jinxiang believes that the occurrence and development of chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with pulmonary nodules are closely related to the qi deficiency of spleen and lung,stagnation of qi movement,dampness and phlegm turbidities,and internal obstruction of blood stasis and toxins.Therefore,he often adopts the treatment methods of tonifying the spleen and lung,regulating and descending qi,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,and relieving blood stasis and removing toxicity substances.
