摘　　要：同步带是重要的机械传动形式之一,在磨粉机喂料传动系统中,通过同步带传递扭矩,精确保证喂料辊与分流辊间的速度差,准确可靠地完成喂料动作,随着材料的不断更新换代,新技术、新工艺的快速发展,同步带的使用寿命和可靠性也得到了很大的提高,然而在磨粉机的使用过程中,同步带损坏失效的情况经常发生,这主要是因为存放、安装或使用不当造成,当然也有其本身质量较差或传动带轮等其它外界原因导致的情况。Synchronous belt is one of the main forms of mechanical transmission,in the mill feeding transmission system,through the synchronous belt transmission torque,accurately ensure the speed difference between the feeding roller and the diversion roller,accurate and reliable completion of the feeding action,with the continuous replacement of materials,the rapid development of new technologies and new processes,the service life and reliability of the synchronous belt has also been greatly improved,however,in the use of the mill,the timing belt damage failure often occurs,which due to storage,installation or improper use,of course,there are also failures due to their own poor quality or other external reasons such as transmission pulleys.
