摘　　要：单病种质量控制是医疗质量管理的有效手段,肿瘤单病种质控是肿瘤诊疗质控体系的重要内容。目前,国家、省、地市三级肿瘤质控中心网络体系已基本形成,已制定了肿瘤单病种质控指标,完善了质控标准规范,建立了肿瘤单病种数据库,并选择试点单位推进与落实肿瘤单病种质控工作。未来将继续扩大肿瘤单病种质控试点范围,完善肿瘤单病种质控指标体系,并积极推行“单病种、多学科”诊疗模式,推进肿瘤单病种质控体系信息化建设。Single disease quality control is an effective means of medical quality management,and single disease quality control of tumor is an important part of the quality control system of tumor diagnosis and treatment.At present,the network system of the national,provincial and municipal cancer quality control centers has been basically formed.The quality control indicators of single tumor disease have been formulated,the quality control standards and norms have been improved,the database of single tumor disease has been established,and pilot units have been selected to promote and implement the quality control work of single tumor disease.In the future,it will continue to expand the pilot scope of tumor single disease quality control,improve the tumor single disease quality control index system,actively promote the"single disease,multi-disciplinary"diagnosis and treatment mode,and promote the information construction of tumor single disease quality control system.
