摘  要:目的:比较冷冻干燥法及传统干燥法对当归药材成分的影响。方法:对不同干燥方法所得当归药材进行鉴别评价,采用《中国药典》(2020年版),通则2204乙法项下测定不同加工干燥方法所得当归挥发油含量;采用HPLC测定不同干燥方法处理后当归药材中阿魏酸含量。结果:不同干燥方法所得当归药材中各指标成分存在一定的差异,其中挥发油含量由高到低依次为:冷冻干燥法>晒干>50℃烘干>40℃烘干>60℃烘干;阿魏酸含量由高到低依次为冷冻干燥法>晒干>50℃烘干>60℃烘干>40℃烘干。结论:综合考虑挥发油及阿魏酸含量,冷冻干燥法为其加工干燥提供了新途径。Objective:To Compare the contents of Angelica Sinensis Radix by freeze-drying method with those by traditional methods.Methods:Identification and evaluation of angelica medicinal materials obtained by different drying methods.Using the B method under the General Principle of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020edition)to estimate the volatile oil content of Angelica Sinensis Radix obtained by different processing and drying methods.Determining the content of ferulic acid in Angelica Sinensis Radix conducted by different drying methods by HPLC.Results:The contents of Angelica Sinensis Radix gain some differences in indexes by different drying methods,among which the volatile oil contents(from high to low)were freeze-drying>natural drying>50℃drying>40℃drying>60℃drying;The order of ferulic acid contents(from high to low)were freeze-drying>sun-drying>50℃drying,60℃drying>40℃drying under.Conclusion:Considering the contents of volatile oil and ferulic acid,freeze-drying provides a new way for the processing and drying of Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels.
