摘　　要：《金匮要略》作为《伤寒杂病论》中的杂病部分,具有开创中医对杂病辨证论治先河的重要意义。书中论述的理法方药对后世医家起到了启发、引领的作用,其中脉学理论涵盖多个方面,可以据脉来辨别证候、阐述病机、指导治疗、判断预后等,其内容广泛而深刻,值得我辈深入挖掘。在《金匮要略》的理论教学过程中,结合《脉经》《内经》《难经》等诸多先贤典籍,选择从“趺阳脉”为研究切入点,着眼于“以脉论理”——即通过脉象表现阐述病机的特点,对部分相关条文进行整理和进一步分析总结,从而提出对仲景“以脉论理”的理解。As a part of miscellaneous diseases in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,synopsis of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is of great significance to create a precedent for syndrome differentiation and treatment of miscellaneous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.The principles,methods and prescriptions discussed in the book have inspired and led future doctors.Pulse theory covers many aspects.It can distinguish syndromes,explain pathogenesis,guide treatment and judge prognosis according to pulse.Its content is broad and profound,which is worthy of our generation's in-depth exploration.In the process of theoretical teaching of synopsis of the golden chamber,combined with many ancient books such as Pulse Classic,Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor and The Classic on Medical Problems,the author chooses“Fuyang pulse”as the research starting point,focuses on“pulse theory”that is,expounds the characteristics of pathogenesis through pulse manifestation,arranges and further analyzes and summarizes some relevant articles,Thus,the author puts forward the author's understanding of Zhongjing's“theory based on pulse”.
