2021年中国高校图书馆基本统计数据分析

摘　　要：2021年,高校图书馆总经费与文献资源购置费馆均值较上年度略有减少,纸质文献资源购置费馆均值为208万元,较上年度略有增长,电子资源购置费馆均值为337万元,较上年度略有降低,但所占文献资源购置费比重较上年度增长7.9%。图书馆馆均面积为2.55万平方米,与上年度持平。馆长职称以正高与副高为主,在编工作人员馆均值为28.9人,继续保持降低趋势,但在编工作人员的学历学位提升明显,博士与硕士学位工作人员数量持续增长。合同制与勤工助学人员的馆均值趋于稳定。图书馆资源利用率较上年度增长明显,馆均书刊外借量5.4万册。馆均纸质图书累积量131.5万册,馆均古籍累积量1.2万册,全国高校图书馆古籍总量在1503.8万册以上。In 2021,compared with the previous year,the total funds of Chinese academic libraries and average literature resources purchase fee decreased slightly and the average paper literature resources purchase fee increased slightly.The average electronic resources purchase fee was 3.37 million yuan,slightly lower than the previous year.Yet,the proportion of literature resources purchase fee increased by 7.9%compared with the previous year,which showed academic libraries might actively respond to the new needs of readers under the environment of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.The average library space was 25.500 thousand square meters,unchanged from the previous year.The professional titles of library directors were mainly senior and associate senior professional.The average number of positioned staff were 28.9,which kept downward trend.However,the academic degree of positioned staff had improved significantly,and the number of staff with doctor’s degree and master’s degree kept increasing in 2021.The average of part-time job student kept stable.Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the utilization rate of library resources increased significantly compared with the previous year.The average volume of books and periodicals borrowed in academic library were 54 thousand.The average cumulative volume of paper books were 1.315 million including 12 thousand volume of ancient books.We can estimate that the total volume of ancient books in Chinese academic libraries might be over 15.038 million volumes.
