摘 要:新升本科高校教师的教学能力亟待提升,这是由新升本科高校师资来源复杂、教学专业知识与技能训练不够的现状决定的。新升本科高校应结合教师的不同来源深入了解教师的教学能力现状,加强思想教育,使教师提高认识,虚心学习,加强以课程群为基础的教学团队和教学指导队伍建设;坚持需求与目标导向、问题与结果导向,设计个性化的教学能力提升培训方案;严格教学规范;开展针对性的教学帮扶和专题培训;特别要基于研究和案例加强教学难点处置的培训,以提高教学能力培训的实效性。The teachers'teaching ability in private universities needs to be improved urgently,which is determined by the teachers'current situation in private universities.Based on deeply acquainting the current situation of teaching ability of each teacher who comes from different sources,ideological education should be strengthened to ensure teachers to raise awareness of learning,and teaching teams and teaching guiding teams should be organized based on curriculum group.Adhering to the demand and goal orientation,problem and result orientation,personalized training programs to improve teaching ability would be designed.Based on learning from demonstration,teaching norms would be strictly enforced.Targeted teaching assistance and special topic training would be carried out.In particular,the training on handling teaching difficult problems based on research and cases should be strengthened.These measures will ensure the effectiveness of teaching ability training.
