摘　　要：通过对河北省阜平县传统农区与旅游开发区559户农民进行调研,在有限理性理论指导下,利用有序Probit模型分析影响脱贫山区农户宅基地退出意愿的因素。研究表明:年龄与2个地区农户宅基地退出意愿均呈显著负相关,家庭非农劳动力占比、家庭纯收入均与2个地区农户宅基地退出意愿呈显著正相关;在传统农区,从事农业生产意愿、家庭农业劳动力占比、宅基地住房结构、是否为建档立卡户对该地区农户宅基地退出意愿存在显著负向影响;在旅游开发区,除了共同影响因素外,性别、文化程度和人均宅基地面积对农户宅基地退出意愿存在显著正向影响。因此,宅基地退出工作应因地制宜开展,满足农户差异化需求,并以合适手段降低农户对宅基地的投机性估值。Through the investigation of 559 farmers in traditional agricultural areas and tourism development zones in Fuping County,Hebei Province,under the guidance of the theory of limited rationality,the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to withdraw from homesteads in poverty-alleviated mountainous areas were analyzed by using the orderly probit model.The results show that the age and the willingness of farmers to withdraw from homesteads in the two areas are significantly negatively correlated,and the proportion of household non-agricultural labor force and household net income is significantly positively correlated with the willingness to withdraw from homesteads of farmers in both areas;in traditional rural areas,the willingness to engage in agricultural production,the proportion of family agricultural labor force,the housing structure of homesteads,and whether or not to be registered as a household have a significant negative impact on the willingness to withdraw from farmers'homesteads in the region;in tourism development zones,in addition to common influencing factors,gender,The level of education and the per capita homestead area have a significant positive impact on the willingness of farmers to withdraw from homestead land.Therefore,the withdrawal of homestead land should be carried out according to local conditions,meet the differentiated needs of farmers,and reduce the speculative valuation of homestead land by farmers with appropriate means.
