醒脑静辅助治疗老年脑出血患者对血浆脑钠肽水平与脑脊液乳酸浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究醒脑静辅助治疗对老年脑出血患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平与脑脊液乳酸(CSF-LA)浓度的影响.方法:选取本院接受治疗的脑出血老年患者80例,分为观察组和对照组.观察组使用常规治疗方法结合醒脑静辅助治疗,对照组仅使用常规治疗方法治疗.比较两组患者入院时和治疗后神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)、脑水肿体积、血浆BNP水平及CSF-LA浓度,并比较两组死亡情况及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后两组NIHSS评分和脑水肿体积均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组患者的血浆BNP水平、CSF-LA浓度均比入院时显著下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者的死亡率和不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:醒脑静辅助治疗可有效改善老年脑出血患者神经功能缺损,有效减轻脑水肿,保护脑组织,且安全性好.Objective:To investigate the effects of xingnaojing adjuvant therapy on the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and concentration of cerebrospinal fluid lactate(CSF-LA)of elderly patients with cerebral hemorhage.Methods:Eighty elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with conventional treatment combined with xingnaojing adjuvant therapy,and the control group was treated only with conventional treatment.The NHISS score,cerebral edema volume,the level of plasma BNP and the concentration of CSF-LA were compared between the two groups on admission and after treatment,and the death and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:NIHSS score and cerebral edema volume in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment,while that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant decreases in the level of plasma BNP and concentration of CSF-LA in the two groups after treatment,with even lower levels in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in death and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the neurological function,reduce cerebral edema volume,and protect brain tissue in elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,and has a certain safety.
