摘　　要：目的探讨对比子宫肌瘤通过腹部B超和阴道B超诊断的效果。方法选取100例病理确诊为子宫肌瘤患者,均行腹部B超和阴道B超诊断,分析腹部B超和阴道E超诊断准确率。结果阴道B超诊断准确率91%高于腹部B超80%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合诊断的准确率比单独检测高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与手术病理比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道B超对子宫肌瘤诊断准确率要高于腹部B超,但是两者皆存在缺点,建议临床将两者联合使用对疾病进行诊断。Objective To explore and compare the effect of uterine fibroids in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids by abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound.Methods 100 patients with pathologically diagnosed uterine fibroids were selected,and all underwent abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy of abdominal B-ultrasound and vaginal B-ultrasound was analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of vaginal ultrasound was 91%higher than that of abdominal ultrasound,which was 80%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of combined diagnosis was higher than that of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference compared with no difference in surgical pathology(P>0.05).Conclusion Vaginal B-ultrasound is more accurate in diagnosing uterine fibroids than abdominal B-ultrasound,but both have shortcomings.
