摘　　要：文章在分析智能素养、图书馆员智能素养内涵基础上,构建图书馆员智能素养理论模型,梳理分析图书馆员智能素养发展的3个阶段,进而提出制定智能素养培育相关政策标准、拓宽智能素养培育路径、完善智能素养培训体系等智能时代图书馆员智能素养提升策略。Based on the analysis of the connotation of intelligent literacy and librarian intelligent literacy,the article constructs the theoretical model of librarian intelligent literacy,combs and analyzes the three stages of the development of librarian intelligent literacy,and then puts forward strategies of improving librarian intelligent literacy in the intelligent era,invloving formulating relevant policies and standards for the cultivation of intelligent literacy,broadening the cultivation path of intelligent literacy,improving the training system of intelligent literacy,ect.
