军队基层政治工作课程案例式教学过程的优化

摘　　要：为改进军队基层政治工作课程教学方法、提高教学质量,针对前期军队基层政治工作课程案例式教学存在的问题,设计出“以案例自身演进顺序为主线,分步呈现案例、分步集中研讨”的优化实施方案,并结合实例给出了具体的教学方法步骤.教学实践表明,通过对课程教学过程的优化,学员学习兴趣更加浓厚,课堂教学质量得到了有效提升.这可为其他课程开展案例式教学提供参考借鉴.In order to improve the teaching methods and teaching quality of the Military Grass-roots Political Work course,this article aims at the problems existing in the case-based teaching of the course in earlier stage to design the optimized implementation scheme of“taking the evolution sequence of the case itself as the main line,step-by-step presentation of the teaching case and step-by-step centralized discussion”Finally,the article offers the concrete teaching methods and steps in combination with examples.The teaching practice shows that through the optimization of the course teaching process,the cadets get more interested in learning,and the quality of classroom teaching has been effectively improved.This can provide reference for other courses to implement case-based teaching.
