摘 要:飞行器热防护系统精细化设计是提高热防护系统性能、降低系统质量的必要途径。通过构建典型形状(球头、平板、锥体)热防护系统概率化模型,研究不同来流环境热流、几何外形参数以及材料热物性参数等输入参数的概率特性分布在热防护系统设计中的传播特性,及其对典型形状热防护性能的影响。提出了不同几何外形的三维物理场快速预测模型遴选方法。讨论系统温度场分布、系统热防护特性对外形不确定参数的敏感性,开展不同外形几何隔热层厚度优化及其可靠性评估,为热防护层精细化研究提供理论支撑。The refined design of the thermal protection system of the super aircraft is a necessary way to improve the thermal protection system's performance and reduce the system quality.A probabilistic model of thermal protection systems with typical shapes(ball head,flat plate,cone)is constructed to study the propagation of the probabilistic distribution of input parameters,such as heat flow in different incoming environments,geometric shape parameters,and material thermal properties parameters in the design of thermal protection systems properties.Compared with the Kriging agent model and the fast prediction model of heat transfer in thermal protection system based on the physical induced neural network model,a selection method of the three-dimensional physical field fast prediction model with different geometric shapes is proposed.The sensitivity of the system temperature field distribution and system thermal protection characteristics to the uncertain parameters of the geometry is discussed,and the thickness optimization and reliability evaluation of the thermal insulation layer with different shapes and geometries are carried out.The research results will provide theoretical support for refining the thermal protection layer.
