摘 要:数字孪生技术已经成为数字化转型的关键抓手,针对导弹结构机动运输过程所承受的复杂动力学载荷条件,基于有限元方法进行了孪生体模型搭建研究,提出了导弹结构运输环境下的随机振动响应快速、准确预测方法,为产品状态监控、做出零部件更换、产品维护等有效决策奠定基础,以期有力支撑导弹实战化能力、作战响应能力的提升。Digital twin has become a key technology for digital transformation.For the complex dynamic load conditions that the missile structure is subjected to in the process of mobile transportation,the digital twin model building research is conducted based on the finite element method.And a fast and accurate prediction method for the random vibration response of the missile under transportation environment is proposed,laying the foundation for product condition monitoring,making effective decisions such as parts replacement and product maintenance,and strongly supporting the improvement of missile operationalization and combat response capability.
