摘　　要：创新创业教育是专业教育与创新精神、创业能力培育相结合的教育.文章通过分析创新创业教育和电信工程类专业教育嵌入融合所面临的问题,对当前电信工程类专业教育改革进行深入探索并提出相应的教学改革举措,从而培养出能和社会产业发展对接、专业技术扎实且具备自主创新和创业能力的高素质复合型人才,以期为高校其他工科专业人才培养提供借鉴.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an education that integrates professional education with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.By analyzing the problems in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education of telecommunication engineering majors,this paper makes an in-depth exploration of the current telecommunication engineering education reform and puts forward the corresponding teaching reform measures.In this way,high-quality composite talents,who can connect with social and industrial development,with solid professional skills and independent innovation and entrepreneurship ability,can be cultivated to provide a reference model for the training of other engineering talents in colleges and universities.
