全面抗战时期延安交际处的外事工作及其现实启示

摘　　要：全面抗战时期,中共中央依据当时的国际国内形势,在延安成立了陕甘宁边区政府交际处,即延安交际处,专门负责对外联络、接待来宾、宣传中共各项方针政策以及信息收集等工作。延安交际处的外事工作,不仅争取了众多访问抗日根据地的外国友好人士,而且在一定程度上赢得了外国政府和友好人士的支持,增近了中国共产党与英美等国的交往关系,对于宣传中国共产党抗战方针、政策,巩固扩大统一战线,增强中国共产党的战时国际影响,发挥了重要作用。这些经验对于中国应对复杂的国际环境具有重要的现实启示和借鉴意义。During the period of the nationwide war of resistance against Japanese aggression,the CPC Central Committee established the Yan’an Communication Office in accordance with the international and domestic situation at that time,which was specifically responsible for carrying on foreign liaison and international cooperation,receiving guests,publicizing the various principles and policies of the CPC,and collecting intelligence.The foreign affairs work of the Yan’an Communication Office not only won many foreign friendly personages visiting the anti-Japanese base areas,but also won the support of foreign governments and democrats to a certain extent,brought the CPC closer to the diplomatic relations between Britain,the United States,and other countries.It played an important role in publicizing the principles and policies of the CPC in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,consolidating and expanding the united front,and enhancing the wartime international influence of the CPC,and laid an important foundation for winning victory in the War of Resistance Against Japan.These experiences have very important practical enlightenment and reference significance for China to cope with the complex international environment.
