摘 要:为减少由于断线故障判决、处理不及时引起的设备损坏及安全事故,针对架空输电线路单相断线故障,提出一种系统的定位方法。应用对称分量法和故障分量叠加原理,对线路两端母线电压和线路流经电流进行分析,找出各电气量新息的变化规律,提出输电线路断线故障的电流比值定位方法。研究了基于电流新息判据的断线故障类型判断方法,分析坏数据和拓扑错误等异常情况对所提定位方法的影响和相应的改进方案。应用PSASP仿真软件进行算例仿真,验证定位方法的有效性。In order to reduce the equipment damage and safety accidents caused by the disconnection fault judgment and untimely handling,a systematic positioning method is proposed for the single phase disconnection fault of transmission lines.Based on the symmetry component method and superposition principle of fault component,the voltage of the busbar at both ends of the line and current flowing through the line are analyzed,while the variation of electrical quantity innovation is obtained,and a positioning method for transmission line disconnection based on current ratio is proposed.The method of judging the type of disconnection fault based on the current innovation criterion is studied,and the influence of abnormal conditions such as bad data and topology errors on the positioning method and the corresponding improvement scheme are analyzed.Using PSASP,an example is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the positioning method.
