摘 要:目的观察二氧化锆根管桩联合树脂修复老年前磨牙牙体缺损的效果。方法选取2017年3月-2020年3月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院牙体牙髓病科就诊的老年前磨牙牙体缺损患者98例,以随机数字表法分为两组,各49例,分别采用二氧化锆根管桩联合树脂修复(观察组)和玻璃纤维桩联合树脂修复(对照组),对比两种修复材料的体外实验力学性能测试结果,比较两组的修复效果、修复前后的咀嚼效率及患者的修复满意度。随访至2022年3月,对比两组患者预后情况。结果二氧化钴材料拉伸强度和抗剪切强度值高于玻璃纤维材料,三点弯曲值低于玻璃纤维材料(P<0.05)。观察组患者与对照组患者修复效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者修复良好率为94.34%,高于对照组患者的78.85%(P<0.05)。修复后两组患者的咀嚼效率均增加(P<0.05),观察组患者咀嚼效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者的整体美观效果、语音功能、咀嚼效率、固位效果、舒适度评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。随访期间,观察组患者的不良事件发生率为4.08%,低于对照组患者的16.33%(P<0.05)。结论二氧化锆根管桩联合树脂对离体牙的粘结能力和机械强度优于玻璃纤维桩联合树脂,应用于老年前磨牙牙体缺损修复中有更好的效果,可改善患者的咀嚼效率,提高患者满意度,且预后佳。Objective To observe the effect of zirconium dioxide root canal posts combined with resin onrepairing dental defects of elderlypremolars.Methods A total of 98 elderly premolars with dental defects who were treated in the department of dentistry from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups,49 cases/group,by simple randomization method.Thepatients were treated with zirconium dioxide root canal posts combined with resin(observation group)and glass fiber post combined with resin(control group).The mechanical properties of the two repair materials were compared in vitro.The repair effect,masticatory efficiency before and after repair and patients'satisfaction with repair were compared between the two groups.The patients were followed up until March 2022,and the prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results The tensile strength and shear strength of cobalt dioxide material were higher than that of glass fiber material,and the three-point bending value was lower than that of glass fiber material(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The good repair rate in the observation group was 94.34%,which was higher than 78.85%in the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory function of the two groupswereincreased(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the evaluation of repair satisfaction,the overall aesthetic effect,voice function,masticatory efficiency,retention effect and comfort score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 16.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The bonding ability and mechanical strength of zirconia root canal post combined resin on isolated teeth are better than that of glass fiber post combined resin.It has a better effect in the restoration of tooth defects of senile premolars,it can impr
