摘　　要：加强医疗质量内涵建设是保障医疗安全、推动医院持续高质量发展的基石。笔者以三级公立医院绩效考核指标为导向,探讨如何在满足医改要求前提下,通过建立四级质量管理体系、增加考评范围、设计考评单元、调整重要指标等方面,阐述医疗质量管理体系建设的关键环节及实践成效,提炼实践经验,为各医院建设完整的医疗质量体系工作提供管理思路及研究参考。Strengthening the construction of medical quality connotation is the cornerstone of ensuring medical safety and promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of hospitals.Guided by the performance evaluation indicators of tertiary public hospitals,the author discusses how to establish a four-level quality management system,increase the scope of evaluation,design evaluation units,and adjust important indicators under the premise of meeting the requirements of medical reform.Key links and practical results,extract practical experience,and provide management ideas and research references for hospitals to build a complete medical quality system.
