新时代中外合作办学机构本科专业评估中发现的问题与对策研究--以江苏省为例

摘  要:在在当前深化思政教育、深度产教融合、改革教育评价新时代背景下,中外合作办学面临新机遇和新挑战。江苏省在对中外合作办学机构开展各类本科专业评估的实践中,发现了立德树人与思政教育、师资队伍与职称评聘、产教融合与服务地方等方面存在一些问题与不足。本文探讨了相关原因,并在提升中外合作办学法治工作水平、提高服务地方高质量发展能力、优化专业评估组织程序、加强评估对外交流合作四个方面有针对性地给出了切实可行的建议,以推动中外合作办学机构的专业建设与人才培养。Under the background of deepening ideological and political education,deepening the integration of industry and education,and reforming education evaluation,Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is facing new opportunities and challenges.In the practice of evaluating various undergraduate majors in Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools,Jiangsu Province has found some problems and deficiencies in cultivating morality and ideological and political education,evaluating teachers and professional titles,integrating industry and education,and serving local areas.This paper discusses the relevant reasons,and gives practical suggestions in four aspects:improving the level of Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools and rule of law,improving the ability to serve local highquality development,optimizing professional evaluation organizational procedures,and strengthening evaluation and foreign exchanges and cooperation,so as to promote the professional construction and talent training of Chineseforeign cooperatively-run schools.
