摘 要:油气水三相流动压力分布的准确计算,对于油井生产测试、井筒析及动态分析均有重要意义,是现场生产设计及气井监测的重要基础。为研究垂直管不同黏度油气水三相流压降变化规律以及建立新的三相流压降预测计算方法,依托于中石油气举试验基地多相流试验室,对垂直上升管道中不同黏度油相下的油气水三相流动进行模拟。在固定油水比条件下,通过调整不同油相黏度、气液比、气液流量等参数进行油气水三相流试验,研究油相黏度对油气水三相管流压降变化影响规律。利用CFD软件参考试验工况模拟油气水三相流动,确定在不同黏度条件下三相分布情况,通过CFD软件模拟确定油水两相在充分混合后可视为单一非牛顿流体混合相。基于CFD模型结果,考虑黏度对摩阻系数的影响,根据非牛顿流体剪切特性建立了新的摩阻系数计算方法,重新建立了新的压力计算方法。对比试验数据与计算结果,发现压降计算模型误差范围在15%内,满足工程实际需求,说明压降模型具有实用性。The accurate calculation of the three-phase flow pressure distribution of oil,gas and water is of great significance for oil well production test,wellbore analysis and dynamic analysis.It is an important basis for on-site production design and gas well monitoring.In order to study the variation law of pressure drop of oil,gas and water three-phase flow with different viscosity in vertical pipe and establish a new prediction and calculation method of pressure drop of three-phase flow.Based on the multiphase flow Laboratory of PetroChina gas lift test base,the simulation experiment of oil,gas and water three-phase flow under different viscosity oil phase in vertical rising pipeline was carried out.Under the condition of fixed oil-water ratio,the oil-gas-water three-phase flow test was carried out by adjusting different oil-phase viscosity,gas-liquid ratio and gas-liquid flow,and the influence of oil-phase viscosity on the pressure drop of oil-gas-water three-phase pipe flow was studied.CFD software was used to simulate the three-phase flow of oil,gas and water with reference to the test conditions to determine the gas-liquid two-phase distribution under different viscosity conditions.Through CFD software simulation,it is determined that the oil-water two-phase can be regarded as a single non-Newtonian fluid mixed phase after full mixing.Based on the results of CFD model and considering the influence of viscosity on friction coefficient,a new calculation.New pressure calculation method was reestablished based on the new calculation method of friction coefficient.Comparing the test data with the calculation results,it is found that the error range of the pressure drop calculation model is within 15%,which meets the actual needs of the project,indicating that the pressure drop model is practical.
