摘 要:出血性中风是临床常见的危急重症之一,也是临床实践中采用以病例为基础的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)开展教学的常见病种之一。中医院校学生的中医理论知识扎实,但西医知识欠缺,特别是影像与解剖方面的基础知识较为薄弱,影响其对该病的正确诊断和科学处置。应用3D Slicer软件,可以很好地将出血性中风患者的颅脑影像以三维立体的效果呈现出来,加深学生对该病的理解。结合中医络病理论,可系统地帮助学生掌握出血性中风的中西医发病特点及治疗要点,更好地运用于临床。Hemorrhagic stroke is a common clinical emergency and one of the common diseases that use Case-based Learning(CBL) to carry out teaching in clinical practice. Students in TCM universities normally have solid theoretical TCM knowledge, but lack knowledge of western medi-cine, especially in short of the basic knowledge of imaging and anatomy, which severely affects correct diagnosis and scientific treatment of this disease. Using 3 D Slicer software can well present the brain image of patients with hemorrhagic stroke in three dimensions, so as to deepen students’ understanding of the disease. This software, combined with the collateral disease theory, can systematically help students master the pathogenesis characteristics and treatment points of TCM and western medicine for hemorrhagic stroke, and work better in clinical practice.
