摘　　要：静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)是困扰住院患者的严重并发症,是医院非预期死亡的重要原因之一,关系到整个医疗质量和患者安全。文章针对VTE预防现状,设计开发了VTE智能评估系统,并对智能评估系统的设计、实施和应用等进行介绍。结果显示,该系统可有效简化VTE患者的评估流程,提高其评估效率,减少人工评估带来的漏评和错评,降低了静脉血栓栓塞症患者VTE风险。Venous thromboembolism(VTE), a severe complication plaguing patients and one of the most important causes of unexpected death in hospital, is related to the whole medical quality and patient’s safety. In view of the current situation of VTE prevention, this paper designs and develops VTE intelligent evaluation system and introduces its design, implementation and application. The results indicate that this system can effectively simplify the evaluation process of VTE patients, improve the evaluation efficiency, decrease omission and mistakes made by artificial evaluation and reduces the possibility of VTE patients having VTE.
