摘　　要：体育的大单元教学具有特殊的概念含义和具体的操作方法。就“单元教学”与“体育单元教学”概念辨析、大单元体育教学对体育教学的独特意义、单元层次、大单元体育教学的时长、体育教学单元规模决定因素、大单元体育教学的类型、不适合采用大单元体育教学的内容等进行讨论。研究认为,一般性的大单元体育教学还不足以真正实现《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》中“基本实现青少年熟练掌握一项以上运动技能”的目标任务,能够完成这一目标任务和实现“教会、勤练、常赛”教改任务的教学模式是“可选择性的专项化体育教学”,即属于超大单元的“体育走班制教学”。The large-unit physical education teaching has its special conceptual meaning and specific operation methods.For the related issues,this paper will analyze the concepts of“unit teaching”and“physical education unit teaching”,the unique significance of large-unit physical education teaching to physical education teaching,and the unit levels,the length of large-unit physical education teaching,the determinants of the size of physical education teaching units,the types of large-unit physical education teaching,and the content not suitable for large-unit physical education teaching are discussed.This paper points out that the general large-unit physical education teaching is not enough to truly achieve the goal of basically achieving proficiency in more than one sport skill for young people in the plan outline of“Healthy China 2030”.The teaching model of the"teaching well,practice diligently,play regularly"teaching reform task is optional specialized physical education teaching,which belongs to the super-large unit of sports non-granted instruction teaching.
