摘　　要：CD52分子是由12个氨基酸组成的小分子糖基磷脂酰肌醇(glycosylphosphatidylinositol,GPI)锚定糖蛋白,在N末端第3位天冬酰胺处高度糖基化,与细胞膜上的GPI在C末端处相连接。CD52分子主要在淋巴细胞、单核细胞等血细胞及恶性淋巴瘤细胞广泛表达,在雄性生殖系统的某些细胞表面也可表达,在B细胞与T细胞中高度表达。早期关于癌症界CD52的研究重点集中在B淋巴细胞肿瘤,近年来越来越多的研究表明CD52与实体性肿瘤及一些疾病也有着重要关系。该文就CD52分子结构、基因结构及其细胞组织分布情况,与其在一些疾病和几种常见肿瘤的研究进展等方面做一综述。CD52 is a small molecule glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI)-anchored glycoprotein composed of 12 amino acids,which is highly glycosylated at the 3rd asparagine at the N-terminus and is linked to GPI at the C-terminus on the cell membrane.CD52 is widely expressed in blood cells,mainly lymphocytes,monocytes,etc.and malignant lymphoma cells as well.It can also be expressed on the surface of some cells in male reproductive system,and is highly expressed in B cells and T cells.Early researches on CD52 in cancer primarily focused on B lymphocyte tumors;more and more studies in recent years have shown that CD52 also had an important relationship with solid tumors and some diseases.This paper is going to make an review on the molecular structure,gene structure and cellular tissue distribution of CD52 and its research progress in some diseases and several common tumors.
