注塑工艺对长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料性能的影响

摘  要:采用不同模具温度、冷却时间、保压压力和背压压力注塑制备30%(质量分数)长玻纤增强聚丙烯(PP-LGF30)材料样条。通过力学性能测试对比,结合宏观及微观观察分析不同注塑工艺对PP-LGF30材料注塑样条的影响。结果表明:模具温度和冷却时间对PP-LGF30材料性能基本无影响,保压压力为50 MPa、背压压力为15 MPa时,PP-LGF30材料性能表现最佳;保压压力过低会导致样条内部出现空洞,样条致密度不足形成弱环,从而影响材料性能;背压压力过低会导致样条中玻纤残余长度过长,玻纤在样条中分布不均匀,背压压力过高则会导致样条中玻纤残余长度偏短,玻纤的增强作用被削弱,从而影响材料性能。The test specimens of 30%(mass fraction) long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP-LGF30) was prepared by injection molding under different mold temperature, cooling time, holding pressure and back pressure. The effects of different injection molding processes on PP-LGF30 material injection molding splines were analyzed through mechanical property test and comparison, combined with macroscopic and microscopic observation. The results show that the mold temperature and cooling time have little effect on the properties of PP-LGF30 material. When the holding pressure is 50 MPa and the back pressure is 15 MPa, the properties of PP-LGF30 material are the best. Too low holding pressure will lead to cavities in the spline, and the density of the spline is insufficient to form a weak ring, which will affect the material properties. If the back pressure is too low, the residual length of glass fiber in the specimen will be too long, and the distribution of glass fiber in the specimen will be uneven. If the back pressure is too high, the residual length of glass fiber in the specimen will be too short, and the reinforcement of glass fiber will be weakened, thus affecting the material performance.
