摘　　要：新冠疫情的影响使各国在对外投资方面都减缓了力度,经济衰退的问题使各国企业不得不对项目的未来发展重新进行思考。外国投资开始向发展中国家的方向发展,国内的跨国企业投资也表现出了相关的趋势。与发达国家相比,在政治经济及金融发展方面,发展中国家可能会面对更多的风险和挑战。企业在跨国投资过程中,企业的治理水平及综合实力在一定程度上决定了企业面对风险的承受程度,而技术创新能够反应出企业的实力,技术创新的能力将影响企业的风险选择。For the present,all countries have slowed down foreign investment due to the impact of covid-19.The economic recession has forced enterprises of all countries to rethink the future development of the project;Foreign investment begins to develop in developing countries;the same is true for the investment of domestic multinational enterprises.As opposed to developed countries,developing countries may face more risks and challenges in political,economic and financial development.In the process of transnational investment,the governance level and comprehensive strength of enterprises will determine the degree of risk tolerance to a certain extent,while technological innovation can reflect the strength of enterprises,and the ability of technological innovation will affect the risk selection of enterprises.
