摘　　要：在教育部不断推动高校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设背景下,高校加快党建和思想政治工作进学生社区内涵式建设势在必行。高校党建和思想政治工作进学生社区理论意义和实践价值,高校党建和思想政治工作进学生社区面临瓶颈,党建引领、文化浸润、管理协同、服务下沉、学生自治、队伍建设等方面是解决问题的重要措施,把学生社区打造成为党建和思想政治工作的高地、培养人才的园地、管理服务学生的基地和维护校园安全稳定的阵地。When the Ministry of Education continues to promote the construction of a “one-stop” comprehensive management model concerning colleges students’ community,it is imperative for colleges and universities to speed up the connotative construction by taking party building and ideological and political work in the student community.This practice is of theoretical significance and practical value.However,there is bottleneck when taking party building and ideological and political work in the student community;for addressing the problems,important measures should be taken involving party building leadership,cultural infiltration,management coordination,service sinking,student autonomy,team building,etc.To this regard,there is a need to making the student community a highland for party building and ideological and political work,a field for cultivating talents,a base for management and service of students,and a position for maintaining campus safety and stability.
