摘　　要：高校财务治理中信息化有关工作取得更好的发展,高校财务治理机构与人员应不断提升自身治理水平。借助信息化技术,需要深化高校财务治理机制、有效路径功能的创新,机构设置的完善、体系构建的理念与制度并行,建立具体治理工作对信息化的有效吸纳的策略,改善高校财务治理工作。When the finance management in colleges and universities has achieved better development in related information work,financial governance institutions and personnel should continuously improve their own governance level.For improving the effect of financial governance,some strategies are put forward with the help of informatization technology:deepening governance mechanism,innovating effective path function,improving the institutional setting,coordinating the concept and system regarding system construction,and establishing effective strategies making for information technology in specific governance work.
