摘　　要：全面深化改革开放是新时代中国历史性实践提出的重大课题,对这一重大课题的本质把握和历史性追问,需要基于马克思哲学总体性阐释:全面深化改革开放是一个总体性存在,其基本前提和本质定向是中国特色社会主义;全面深化改革开放又是一项科学战略,其所统摄的治国方略和实践纲领,内蕴着对中国道路及其进程所面临的新问题新挑战新机遇的自觉应答以及由此而来的面向未来的建构性文明筹划。处于新时代历史方位,全面深化改革开放在切实有序地推进中国特色社会主义的同时,提供一种全球治理的新文明形态的可能性指向,这对于中国和世界的历史前景以及人类文明进步具有重要意义。Comprehensively deepening reform and opening up is a major issue,raised by China’s historical practice in the New Era.The essence of this major issue and its historical inquiry need to be interpreted based on Marxist philosophy:comprehensively deepening reform and opening up is an overall existence,and its basic premise and essential orientation is socialism with Chinese characteristics;comprehensively deepening reform and opening up is also a scientific strategy,and the dominant ruling strategy and practical program contain the conscious response to the new problems,new challenges and new opportunities,faced by China’s road and its process as well as a constructive civilization plan for the future.In the historical position of the New Era,comprehensively deepening reform and opening up while promoting socialism with Chinese characteristics in a practical and orderly manner provides a possibility of a new form of civilization in the global governance,which is of great significance to the historical prospects of China and the world as well as to the progress of human civilization.
