依托产业学院构建跨境电商校企协同育人模式

摘　　要：跨境电商专业人才的培养和输出对国家经济的发展提供了人才续航。数字经济时代的发展对跨境电商产业产生重要影响,同时也对跨境电商人才提出新要求和新标准。依托现有产业学院发展,大力促进跨境电商创新创业人才的发展,是传统人才培养模式难以满足的。新时代,跨境电商行业发展迅猛,跨境电商行业人才缺口较大。这就使广大教育工作者共同思考:如何建设跨境电商产业学院,依托产业学院,促进跨境电商创业创新人才培养,构建跨境电商创新创业人才校企协同育人培养模式,已成为开展跨境电商专业建设的各类高等院校所共同面临的挑战。The cultivation and export of cross-border e-commerce professionals has provided professionals continuously for the development of national economy.The development of the digital economy era has an important impact on the cross-border e-commerce industry,and also puts forward new requirements and standards for cross-border e-commerce.It is difficult for the traditional talent cultivation mode to vigorously promote the development of cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurial and innovative talents relying on the development of industrial colleges.In the new era,the cross-border e-commerce industry is developing rapidly,and there is a large talent gap in the cross-border e-commerce industry.It has been a challenge for all kinds of colleges and universities developing specialty construction to construct the industrial college,promote the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurship and innovation talents relying on the industrial college,and establish the school-enterprise collaborative cultivation mode of cross-border e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
