预印本论文版本问题对学术文献资源管理的影响研究——以MedRxiv和BioRxiv预印本平台“COVID-19”专题为例

摘　　要：随着网络环境下学术交流模式的改变,开放出版及预印本研究增长迅猛。论文研究生物医学领域MedRxiv和BioRxiv预印本平台上的COVID-19组论文出版分布状况,从实证角度揭示预印本的出版特征,为新的学术交流模式下图书馆资源组织与揭示提供新思路。结果显示,预印本尽管缩短了学术传播时滞,但产生了多重版本等新特征,从而导致预印本论文版本的归档、预印本论文的引用分流、预印本论文的筛选与保存等学术文献资源管理问题。图书馆应该同步于新的知识交流与传播模式,从预印本资源的采集、组织、揭示、相关资源的采购方面和对用户提供服务展开工作,改善图书馆的资源配置,调整图书馆资源建设策略,提升图书馆的服务水平。With the change of academic exchange mode in the network environment,the research on open publication and preprint is growing rapidly.This paper studies the distribution of covid-19 papers published on Medrxiv and Biorxiv preprint platforms in biomedical field,reveals the publishing characteristics of preprint from an empirical perspective,and provides new ideas for the organization and disclosure of library resources under the new academic exchange mode.The results show that although the preprint shortens the time lag of academic communication,it produces new features such as multiple versions,which leads to the problems of academic literature resource management,such as the filing of preprint paper versions,the diversion of preprint papers,the screening and preservation of preprint papers.The library should keep pace with the new mode of knowledge exchange and dissemination,start work from the collection,organization and disclosure of preprint resources,the purchase of related resources and the provision of services to users,improve the resource allocation of the library,adjust the strategy of library resource construction,and enhance the service level of the library.
