摘　　要：【目的/意义】数据是制造企业的重要战略资源和核心资产,构建制造企业数据资产管理体系为企业数据全生命周期管理提供理论指导。【方法/过程】梳理数据资产概念,提出企业数据资产化必要条件,分析制造企业数据资产管理问题和瓶颈,构建多学科理论基础,解析数据资产管理体系要素,提出数据资产管理逻辑框架。【结果/结论】该框架统筹制造企业数据资产管理主体、管理客体、管理工具等关键要素,有助于突破制造企业数据资产管理瓶颈,发挥数据要素禀赋,助力数据资产建设,实现数据资产保值与增值。【创新/局限】提出系统的制造企业数据资产管理体系,厘清制造企业数据资产管理模糊地带,但文本研究方法较为单一。【Purpose/significance】Data is an important strategic resource and core asset of a manufacturing enterprise.Building a data asset management system of a manufacturing enterprise provides theoretical guidance for the enterprise data life cycle management.【Method/process】Combing the concepts of data assets,putting forward the necessary conditions for the capitalization of enterprise data,analyzing the problems and bottlenecks of data assets management in manufacturing enterprises,building several multidisciplinary theoretical basis,analyzing the elements of data assets management system,and putting forward the logical framework of data assets management system.【Result/conclusion】This framework can help break through the bottleneck of data asset management in manufacturing enterprises,bring into play the endowment of data elements,help the construction of data assets,and realize the preservation and value-added of data assets.【Innovation/limitation】Propose a systematic data asset management system for manufacturing enterprises to clarify the fuzzy zone of data asset management for manufacturing enterprises,but the text research method is relatively simple.
