摘  要:能量色散X射线荧光光谱(ED-XRF)技术是一种原位、无损、无污染的检测技术,该技术主要应用在地质、环境生物等领域。但是,随着健康中国2030政策的出台和居民健康意识的不断增强,许多营养强化剂产品微量营养元素添加量的检测,必然成为不可或缺的一环。该技术不仅具有大量优点,而且所使用的仪器结构简单、容易实现小型化。因此,该技术也正逐步应用于食品中金属元素的检测,为未来要解决我国微量营养元素缺乏的问题保驾护航。基于上述,该文主要从ED-XRF技术的原理、ED-XRF技术的特点、我国在应用ED-XRF技术的中存在的问题及发展前景等方面进行论述,以期为我国食品快速检测行业的发展提供一定理论参考。Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy(ED-XRF) technology is an in-situ, non-destructive and pollution-free detection technology, which is mainly used in the fields of geology, environmental biology and so on. The increase in the number of tests for the addition of micronutrients in many nutritional supplement products is due to the introduction of the Healthy China 2030 policy and the growing health awareness of residents. The above technology not only has many of the advantages mentioned above, but also the instrument used in this technology has a simple structure and is easy to accomplish miniaturization. Therefore, the technology is applied in the detection of metal elements in food slowly, to provide technological support for solving the problem of micronutrient deficiency in China in the future. Based on the above,this paper mainly discusses the principles of ED-XRF technology, the characteristics of ED-XRF technology, the existing problems and development prospects in the application of ED-XRF technology in my country, and hopes to provide theories for the development of my country’s rapid food detection industry.
