摘 要:为有效解决某船用多缸发动机因燃油喷射系统制造、装配误差和性能退化而产生的各缸工作不均匀性问题,将瞬时转速作为控制目标,利用反馈量(各缸排气温度)获取不均匀性信息,以各缸喷油量为控制量,通过修正喷油脉谱图实现不均匀性控制。建立AVL Cruise M模型并对其有效性进行验证,在SIMULINK中开发基于瞬时转速和各缸排气温度的不均匀性控制策略,进行软件在环仿真,并将控制效果与气缸压力闭环控制结果相对比。结果表明,基于瞬时转速和各缸排气温度的不均匀性控制策略能显著提高发动机各缸工作的均匀性,虽然提升效果不及气缸压力闭环控制,但成本大幅下降,实用性和可靠性更好。In order to effectively solve the non-uniformity problem of each cylinder in a marine multi cylinder engine caused by manufacturing and assembly errors of the fuel injection system and performance degradation,the instantaneous speed is taken as the control target,the feedback quantity(exhaust temperature of each cylinder)is used to obtain the non-uniformity information,and the fuel injection quantity of each cylinder is taken as the control quantity,and the non-uniformity control is achieved by correcting the injection pulse diagram.AVL Cruise M model is established and its effectiveness is verified.The non-uniformity control strategy based on the instantaneous speed and the exhaust temperature of each cylinder is developed in SIMULINK,and the control effect is compared with the closed-loop control of cylinder pressure by software in-loop simulation.The results show that the non-uniformity control strategy based on cylinder temperature can significantly improve the uniformity of each cylinder,although the improvement effect is not as great as the non-uniformity control strategy based on cylinder pressure,the cost is significantly reduced,the practicality and reliability are better.
