摘　　要：脾乃后天之本,元气之母,主司运化之职,是机体消化饮食、吸收输布水谷精微和代谢津液的枢纽。《金匮要略》有云:“四季脾旺不受邪”,脾运化有常则卫阳可护,护卫机体不受外邪之侵扰,故脾之健旺对人体基本生理功能的维持及抗御邪气起着至关重要的作用。近年来,学者以中医药理论为指导,结合现代科学技术与研究方法,对脾阳虚证的常见生化指标以及造模方法开展了较为广泛的研究。本文立足中医药理论,研究整理了脾阳虚证在“不运”、“不温”和“不御”层面的证候表现以及常见生化指标,分析总结了脾阳虚证的造模方法及存在问题,并探讨脾阳虚与多种慢性疾病发展过程中的关联,以期深入阐释脾阳虚证的中医学本质,同时为脾阳虚证的现代实验研究以及相关疾病的治疗提供参考。Pi(脾),the Houtianzhiben(后天之本)and the mother of Yuanqi(元气),governs Yunhua(运化)and serves as the hub of digesting food,absorbing and distributing food essence,and metabolizing body fluid.It is stated in Jin Gui Yao Lue(金匮要略)that“if Pi(脾)is sufficient in four seasons,it will keep the body away from pathogens”.The normal function of Pi(脾)in Yunhua(运化)enables Weiyang(卫阳)to protect human body from the invasion of external pathogens,implying that Pi(脾)is of vital importance for maintaining the basic physiological functions inside the human body and resisting pathogenic factors.In recent years,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,scholars have conducted extensive research on common biochemical indexes and modeling methods of Piyangxuzheng(脾阳虚证)using modern scientific technologies and research methods.Based on TCM theory,this paper summarized the manifestations and common biochemical indexes of Piyangxuzheng(脾阳虚证)at the levels of“Buyun(不运)”,“Buwen(不温)”,and“Buyu(不御)”,analyzed the modeling methods for Piyangxuzheng(脾阳虚证)and existing problems,discussed the correlation between Piyangxu(脾阳虚)and multiple chronic diseases.The aim of this paper was to expound the essence of Piyangxuzheng(脾阳虚证)in TCM and provide reference for the modern experimental research of Piyangxuzheng(脾阳虚证)and the treatment of related diseases.
