基于数据挖掘探讨温补学派治疗郁证处方及用药规律

摘　　要：目的:挖掘温补学派治疗郁证处方及用药规律。方法:以医家相关著作为文献检索来源,纳入薛己、孙一奎、张介宾、赵献可、李中梓温补学派代表医家著作中运用内服方剂治疗郁证的医案,采用Excel、SPSS Statistics、SPSS Modeler软件建立中医方药信息统计数据库,通过对方剂、用药情况、关联规则及药物聚类等进行分析。结果:收集119例医案,涉及1 333味中药,诸医家以肝脾为切入点,立以“培土为基,培疏并用”之法,常用方剂有补中益气汤、小柴胡汤等;高频药物有茯苓、人参、柴胡、当归等;常用药物配伍组合有:白术-人参、白术-茯苓、人参-柴胡等;聚类新方有补中益气汤加减、小柴胡汤合逍遥散化裁。结论:通过数据挖掘发现温补学派治疗郁证多以“培土”为基础,辅以疏肝,酌用清热、行气、安神,为临床治疗提供理论支撑。Objective:To explore the prescriptions and medication rule of Wenbu(温补)school in the treatment of Yu(郁)syndrome.Methods:The medical records of representative physicians of Wenbu school,such as Xue Ji,Sun Yikui,Zhang Jiebin,Zhao Xianke,and Li Zhongzi,on the treatment of Yu syndrome were retrieved,and the statistical database of the Chinese medicine prescriptions was established with Excel,SPSS Statistics,and SPSS Modeler.The prescriptions and use of the medicinals were analyzed and association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed.Results:A total of 119 medical records were collected,involving 1333 Chinese medicinals.Emphasizing Gan(肝)and Pi(脾),the physicians tend to treat the Yu syndrome by combining Pei(培)and Shu(疏)with Peitu(培土)as the basis.The commonly used prescriptions are Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤),Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤),etc.Medicinals with high use frequency are Fuling(茯苓),Renshen(人参),Chaihu(柴胡),Danggui(当归),etc.The preferred medicinal pairs are Baizhu(白术)-Renshen,Baizhu-Fuling,Renshen-Chaihu,etc.The new prescriptions include modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and the modified Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Xiaoyaosan(逍遥散).Conclusion:According to the data mining,Wenbu school treats the Yu syndrome by"Peitu"with the adjuvant treatment of Shugan(疏肝).The prescriptions for Qingre(清热),Xingqi(行气),and Anshen(安神)are adopted according to the conditions of patients.This study is expected to lay a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of Yu syndrome.
