摘　　要：为满足大多数工程机械的控制需求,降低应用程序开发难度,设计一种通用型工程机械控制器SWMC。该控制器采用ST公司的STM32F407作为硬件核心,以CODESYS的运行系统为软件调度核心。介绍SWMC控制器的硬件设计和软件开发的过程。装机试验结果表明:SWMC控制器信号采集准确,驱动控制能力强,环境适应性好,具有较强的通用性和可扩展性。In order to meet the control needs of most construction machinery and to reduce the difficulty of application development,a universal controller SWMC for construction machinery is designed.The controller uses’the STM32 F407 from ST Company as the hardware core and the CODESYS operating system as the software scheduling core.The processes of hardware design and software development of the SWMC controller are introduced.The onboard test results show that the SWMC controller has accurate signal acquisition,strong drive control capability,good environmental adaptability,and strong versatility and scalability.
