摘　　要：学生评教与教师评学是高校教学质量监控体系中不可或缺的两个方面,缺一不可,对保障教育教学质量起着非常重要的作用,长期以来,在教学实践操作中层面存在评教与评学厚此薄彼或者出现两者相分离的现象,严重影响新时代创新型人才的培养和高校内涵式发展。探索构建评教与评学科学高效的运行体系,实施双向互动机制有利于高校教育教学质量的提升。Students’evaluation of teaching and teachers’evaluation of learning are indispensable parts of the teaching quality monitoring system in colleges and universities.However,for a long time,there has been a phenomenon of treating them with partiality or separation in teaching practice,which has seriously affected the cultivation of innovative talents and the improvement of teaching quality.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the separation of teaching evaluation and learning evaluation and the effective exploration of the two-way interaction mechanism.
