祖籍观念、方言集聚与圈层认同——马来西亚槟榔屿大埔社群的形塑途径

摘  要:槟榔屿大埔社群的认同因应地域和行政区划而呈现出立体的、分层次的特征,其通过韩江认同与永定客家互相抱团,因潮州府的地缘产生了潮州认同,又因客家认同而与嘉应、惠州、增城等社群取得联系,形成与广府人相颉颃的槟榔屿客家社群,最后与广府人、海南人等相结合形成槟榔屿广东暨汀州社群认同。以大埔社群为例,可见以中国原乡县份为基本认同准则的社群在南洋复杂的社会环境中,采取了灵活认同的层次,以划定不同层级社群认同所能接纳的范围。The identity of Dabu County people in Penang is three-dimensional and hierarchical according to the geographical and administrative divisions.Through the Hanjiang identity,they and the Yongding Hakka embraced each other,had Chaozhou identity due to the geographical location of Chaozhou Prefecture,and formed the Hakka community in Penang close to the Cantonese by coming in touch with communities in Jiaying,Huizhou,Zengcheng,etc.in response to Hakka recognition.At last,they finally combined with the Cantonese and Hainanese to form the identity of the Cantonese and Tingzhou community in Penang.Taking Dapu County as an example,it can be seen that in the complex social environment of Nanyang,the community based on the original county in China has adopted a flexible level of identity to define the acceptable range of community identities at different levels.
