摘　　要：本研究对我国近二十年非物质文化遗产保护的现状加以梳理,发现我国非遗保护虽取得举世瞩目的成就,但也暴露出许多问题。针对出现的问题,运用内外因辩证关系原理分丝析缕地剖析问题产生的根源。结论为:作为非物质文化遗产保护的外部因素——政府、学界、商界在各自的利益驱动下违背非物质文化遗产内部因素的特质及其传承规律而实施的所谓保护是问题产生的根本原因。然后,运用内外因方法论分析政府、学界、商界、传承人在非遗保护中的各自的地位、作用及其相互间作用与反作用的关系,指出各自的职责和任务,并在此基础上提出了非遗保护的策略。In this paper,the status quo of intangible cultural heritage protection in China in the past 20years is sorted out,and it is found that although the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China has achieved remarkable achievements,many problems have also been exposed.In view of the problems,this paper analyzes the root causes of the problems by using the principle of dialectical relationship between internal and external causes,and the conclusion is as follows:As the external factors of intangible cultural heritage protection,the so-called protection implemented by the government,academia and business circles,driven by their own interests,against the characteristics of internal factors and inheritance rules of intangible cultural heritage,is the root cause of the problem.Then,Using the methodology of internal and external factors,this paper analyzes the status and role of the government,the academic community,the business community and the inheritors in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,points out their respective responsibilities and tasks,and then constructs the strategies for the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
