摘  要:目的 比较作为即刻牙本质封闭剂时通用型粘接剂(single bond universal,SBU)和全酸蚀充填性树脂牙本质粘接剂(OptiBond FL,OBFL)的粘接效果。方法 将2018年7月—2019年5月门诊收集新鲜磨牙制成10 mm×30 mm×5 mm牙本质试样,按全酸蚀充填性树脂牙本质粘接剂涂布一层加喷砂(对照组A组)、全酸蚀充填性树脂牙本质粘接剂涂布一层(对照组B组)、通用型粘接剂涂布一层加喷砂(试验组C组)、通用型粘接剂涂布一层(试验组D组)、通用型粘接剂涂布二层加喷砂(试验组E组)、通用型粘接剂涂布二层(试验组F组)分为6组,每组11个,共66个。进行相应处理后,电镜下观察各组牙本质剖面的形貌及测量粘接剂厚度。用RelyXTM Ultimate与二硅酸锂陶瓷柱粘接,比较各组剪切粘接强度,观察断面类型,记录数据并统计分析。结果 6组样本都能明显看到牙本质小管内明显树脂突结构,相同粘接剂非喷砂组的粘接剂厚度显著高于喷砂组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组D组的剪切粘接强度显著低于对照组A组和对照组B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其余各组两两比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。各组样本的破坏方式主要为混合破坏。结论 即刻牙本质封闭中SBU涂布二层能达到与OBFL相同的粘接效果,粘接前对封闭层进行喷砂处理可增强牙本质粘接强度。Objective To compare the effects of the single bond universal(SBU) and the total acid-etching resin dentin adhesive OptiBond FL(OBFL) as immediate dentin sealers.Methods Fresh molars collected from the outpatient department from July 2018 to May 2019 were made into 10 mm×30 mm×5 mm dentin samples.According to the total acid-etching resin dentin adhesive OptiBond FL coating one layer of sand blasting(the control group A),the total acid-etching resin dentin adhesive OptiBond FL coating A layer(the control group B),single bond universal coating one layer of sandblasting(the test group C),single bond universal coating one layer(the test group D) and single bond universal coating layer plus two sandblastings(the test group E),single bond universal coating two layers(the test group F) were divided into six groups,11 in each group,a total of 66.After corresponding treatment,the morphology of dentin profile and the thickness of adhesive were observed under electron microscope.RelyXTM Ultimate was used to bond the glass ceramic bars.The shear bonding strength of each group was compared,the section type was observed,and the data were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results The resin tag was observed in the dentin tubules of the six groups.The adhesive thickness of the non-sandblasting groups were significantly higher than those of the sandblasting groups with the same adhesive,and the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).The main failure mode in each group was mixed failure.Conclusion Two layers of SBU coating in immediate dentin sealing can achieve the same bonding performance as OBFL.Sand blasting before bonding can enhance the bond strength of immediate dentin sealing treated dentin.
