摘　　要：目的 观察针刺治疗超声乳化术后患者干眼症的疗效。方法将2021年5月—2022年5月收治的90例手术患者按随机方式抽取分成针刺治疗组、针刺+人工泪液治疗组和人工泪液对照组。针刺治疗组于超声乳化白内障手术前3 d直至手术后21 d均需接受针刺治疗,每隔1日重复针刺,1次治疗的时间维持20 min,均由同一位医生进行。取穴:攒竹、丝竹空、太阳、四白、风池、合谷、光明、肝俞、肾俞、三阴交。于实施手术前及术后按时间定期对出现干眼症的患者,进行眼部专科检查、眼科症状评分、基础泪液分泌试验(schirmer test,SIT)、泪膜破裂时间测定(tear film rupture time,BUT)及角膜荧光染色评分(corneal fluorescence staining score,FSC)。结果 针刺+人工泪液治疗组于白内障超声乳化术后7、21 d干眼相关症状评分降低、SIT、BUT及FSC指标比治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 超声乳化术后有干眼症的患者经过针刺治疗能显著改善临床症状,增加泪液分泌量,围手术期治疗可行。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 90 patients treated from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the acupuncture treatment group,the acupuncture+artificial tear treatment group and the artificial tear control group.The acupuncture treatment group was received acupuncture treatment 3 days before the phacoemulsification cataract surgery and 21 days after the surgery.The acupuncture was repeated every other day,and the time of one treatment was maintained for 20 minutes,all by the same doctor.Point selection:Zanzhu,Sizhu Kong,Sun,Sibai,Fengchi,Hegu,Guangming,Ganshu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao.Before and after the operation,the patients with dry eye syndrome were regularly evaluated by time,including eye specialist examination,ophthalmic symptom score,Schirmer test(SIT),tear film rupture time(BUT) and corneal fluorescence staining score(FSC).Results At 7 and 21 days after phacoemulsification,the scores of dry eye related symptoms reduced and the indicators of SIT,BUT and FSC in the acupuncture + artificial tear treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and increase the amount of tear secretion in patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification.Perioperative treatment is feasible.
